Terms & Refund Policy — Muto Systems

Digital goods

All products sold on this store are digital goods delivered automatically to your FiveM (Cfx.re) account via Tebex immediately after payment. Because delivery is instant and irreversible, all sales are final and refunds are not provided except where required by law.

Licensing

One purchase grants a license for one server / one Cfx.re account unless stated otherwise on the product page.
Reselling, sharing, leaking or attempting to bypass escrow protection results in immediate license termination and a report to Cfx.re.
Open config files may be modified freely for your own server.

Updates & support

Every purchase includes lifetime updates, delivered automatically through your Cfx.re account. Support is provided through our Discord ticket system for installation, configuration and bug reports. Custom feature development is not covered by standard support.

Chargebacks

Opening a chargeback instead of contacting us first will result in a permanent store ban and license revocation. If something is wrong, open a ticket — we resolve genuine issues quickly.
